What to expect from your interview process

On average, you can expect the overall process to take 7-10 business days from the time you submit your application to receiving an offer.

 

Application Review

One of our recruiters will review your application within 48 business hours of submission.

 

Phone Screen

If you're a great fit for the role, we'll reach out to you via email and text to grab some time (usually 15-30 minutes) to get to know you a little bit better.

 

Final Round Interview (On-Site)

If the phone screen goes well, we’ll invite you to a final round interview, on-site at the Market Operations Hub where you’ll be working! You’ll get to meet the Market Operations Manager, see the hauler you’ll be driving, and get an idea of what it’s like to work as a Customer Advocate.

 

Offer + Backgrounds Check

If it’s a match, we’ll reach out to you shortly after your final round interview to share the good news! Once you accept, you'll be required to complete our backgrounds process, where you'll be required to pass a 4-panel drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card. You are not required to have a commercial driver license.

 

 

Throughout this process, your Carvana recruiting team will keep you up-to-date via texts, emails, and phone calls to ensure you're never kept in the dark.

In just a year, Advocates can increase their pay by $2 per hour, or nearly $4,000 per year!

 

At Carvana, we believe your pay should grow with your tenure and your skills. Our quarterly merit increase program offers a unique opportunity to increase hourly compensation by .50 cents every 3 months based on performance.
